Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid and current security license
• Full working rights
• Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Effective conflict resolution skills and exemplary customer service acumen
• Capability to work independently and without direct supervision
• Strong communication and writing proficiency
• Optimal mental and physical well-being
• Control room operators license for relevant duties
• Prior experience in the security field is advantageous
• Flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Valid work visa

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to alarms and conduct thorough investigations into disturbances
• Compile detailed reports on daily activities and anomalies, such as property damage, theft, unauthorized access, or unforeseen incidents
• Monitor the ingress and egress of employees, contractors, visitors, and other individuals
• Take appropriate action in cases of infractions, violations, and apprehend or expel violators from premises, utilizing force as needed
