Requirements

• Valid and current security license
• Full working rights
• Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Conflict resolution skills and exceptional customer service
• Capability to work independently and unsupervised
• Excellent communication and writing abilities
• Optimal mental and physical well-being
• Control room operators license for relevant duties
• Prior experience in the field is a plus
• Availability for a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Valid work visa

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to alarm notifications and conduct thorough investigations
• Effectively address reports of unauthorized access, irregular behavior, or damage; take immediate action or determine if escalation is necessary
• Compile accurate and timely reports on daily activities and irregularities, including equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized individuals, or unusual occurrences
• Engage in customer communication and provide assistance for inquiries
